Handyman - Rental - Management

William Loachridge 870-613-3735. His business is Williams Rental-Maintenance-Management. I spoke with him some, and he currently has 135+ homes he manages in the village, 87 of them owned by the same customer.
Now this is just a person I met today, so I cannot recommend him without further checking. If it is true that he has 135+ homes under contract, I would imagine he is more than capable. If you need someone to winterize, or perform other maintenance on your home, you could call Building Inspector Charles DeLoach at City Hall. All contractors that work in the village have to be registered with City Hall, and I am sure he would be more than happy giving you the info you need. Cherokee Village City Hall 870 - 257 - 5522.
